At Shlokaa, every order is carefully prepared with intention, detail, and care. As a handmade studio, we take the time needed to ensure each piece is thoughtfully packed before it begins its journey to you

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time refers to the creation and preparation of your order, and is separate from delivery time.
Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you 💌

We offer reliable standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post:

Delivery timeframes are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location(regional or remote areas), postal conditions, and peak periods. Shipping delays caused by Australia Post are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your parcel at every stage of its journey.
⚠️ Delays & Lost Parcels
While we carefully prepare and dispatch every order on time, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@shlokaa.au and each case will be assessed individually. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post and resolving delivery issues.
